 Essentials Introductory Training
Package
 
To participate in our daily kettlebell and circuit sessions, clients need to know the basics! The Essentials Introductory Training Package includes 12 group training sessions where the basic movements are taught and practiced, and a good basis of overall strength and stamina is developed.  Once the client passes a proficiency test, he/she is free to attend any offering on our schedule! This training package takes 4-6 weeks to complete.

Unlimited Group Training Session
Option
 
This option is for anyone who wants unlimited access to our gym’s group training sessions.  For newcomers, this option also includes the Essentials Introductory Training Package! 
  • 3 Month Commitment:                  $189/month    ($100+ savings over Punch Card)
  • 12 Month Commitment:                $139/month    BEST VALUE!                                 ($900+ savings over Punch Card)
  
 Small Group Coaching Option
 
Are you looking for more guidance, motivation and personal attention in a small group setting?  This option is for anyone who feels they get faster results working under the direction of a certified personal coach.  Include 4 small group training sessions per month (2-6 participants), along with unlimited access to our gym's group training sessions!  And for newcomers, this option also includes the Essentials Introductory Package!
  • 3 Month Commitmemt:  $289/month
  • 12 Month Commitment:  $239/month

One-on-One Personal Training Option
 
Are you looking for guidance, motivation and personal attention in private setting?  This option is for anyone who feels they get faster results working with a certified personal coach, and who wants the accountability of working with a coach individually. Includes 4 one-on-one training sessions per month
  • $360 Per Month
THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE ONLY TO OUR CLIENTS WHO HAVE COMPLETED THE ESSENTIALS INTRODUCTORY TRAINING AND PASSED THE PROFICIENCY TEST.
 
 
Punch Circuit Card
 
This option is for anyone who wants unlimited access to our gym’s group training sessions, but is unable to make a longer term commitment. Includes 10 kettlebell or circuit classes, and is valid for 3 months
  • $195 per card ($35 savings over Pay-Per Visit)

Pay-Per-Visit 
 
This option is for anyone who wants to attend our
 gym’s group training sessions on a "pay-as-you-go”
basis.

Punch After School Athlete's Program
Student-athletes use Kettlebells and AOS training methods to give themselves an edge up on their competition. This program is sports specific, focused on plyometrics, full-body motions, and explosive core movements. Student athletes gain more EFFECTIVE strength and greater endurance to keep them in the game longer.

Mandatory Essentials Introductory Workshop:
$49 per athlete

Training Sessions:
Tuesdays and Thursdays- 4:00pm-5:00 pm
